“Operation Uplink” keeps military personnel and hospitalized veterans in touch with their families and loved ones by providing them with a free phone card. Using contributions from VFW Posts and Auxiliaries, private citizens, businesses, and corporations, Operation Uplink purchases phone cards and distributes them to servicemen and women who are separated from those they care about. VFW Posts and Auxiliaries must use the Operation Uplink Phone Card Order form to request phone cards.The form is available in three formats:Word 1997-2003; Rich Text Format; and Acrobat PDF.
